We don't start with church fathers or current science fiction but what is revealed in the Bible and form our ministry from there. As you have said Scripture is clear and 1/2 baked theology causes more problems than it will solve. Luke says something about abominations to God and we still must respond accordingly without burning ourselves. I believe a "well done" is in order for your stand. Baked or cooked?
